This guy deserves employee of the month or year, because his representation with clients is genuine. I don't come across too many representatives that has his kind of demeanor. My State Farm account was transferred to Greg's office but I had never spoken with him until last week, when I reached out with an extremely unique challenge regarding an account I've had for 20 years. He had never seen this problem. He immediately went to bat for me, was relentless in pursuing a solution, and had the issue resolved in just a few days, which was really remarkable.
